ABC EVENTS TRAINING ACADEMY
At ABC Events we put all of our team through our training academy to ensure that the delivery of all of our events are consistent and are in line with our brand values. We want to provide all of our staff with the knowledge and skills to be successful within the events industry and provide them with the opportunity to “build the house from the foundations up.”
We invest in ensuring that all of our team are fully trained to an exceptional level, so our clients will be rewarded with great events time and time again. We train our team within crucial areas including health and safety, customer service, presentation, communication as well as equipment care and maintenance.
Before any of our new recruits can deliver events they must pass our Level 1 basic training, which includes completing a multiple choice exam paper on all of the elements above as well as practical manual handling and customer service training.
At ABC Events we are constantly developing the different levels of training we provide to ensure that we are continuously setting new and relevant goals for our staff to strive for and achieve. We believe in nurturing talent and allowing everyone the opportunity to work through the levels of the ABC Events training academy. Each level consists of various modules in which our team will gain certificates on completion. By having this structure to our training system, we feel like we can get the best from our team and provide them with the best start in this fantastic industry.
